What are the shipping charges?
The standard shipping charge is $5 per order and there is a free shipping option for jewelry with in the U.S. Shipping is normally by Postal Service. For overseas orders to most countries jewelry shipping by International First class is available for $10. Overnight shipping for $18 is available in some cases by Express Mail. Do you allow returns?
Except for items identified as special order, any item may be returned if we are notified (email or phone) within 7 days and if the item is returned to us within a week after notification.

Do you have sales?
We have two major sales each year and occassionally a sale for a particular designer when we have a new collection. To register for an email notice with a coupon code for the sale or to get information on our member's only sales pages register your email address on our home page. All registration data is strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone.

Do you do gift-wrapping?
All jewelry items can be gift wrapped for an additional $5 which is an option at checkout. In the case an item is sent to a different name from the buyer there will not be a price on the packing slip.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, wholesale is our main business but you must visit our wholesale registration page and be a legitimate reseller of accessories or gifts. We will then contact you with details.
