Your satisfaction as a customer is our most important goal. Except for items identified as special order, any item may be returned if we are notified (email or phone) within 7 days and if the item is returned to us within one week after notification. Items returned without such notification or outside the time limit may not be accepted or may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. This policy is necessary since many of our items are fashion or season related and the time to sell them may be limited.

Gift items may be returned by the sender and the same conditions as above apply. Gifts purchased on the Stylism site can also be returned by the receiver with slightly different conditions. The receiver must contact Stylism customer service for authorization since they may not be aware of the purchase date and must verify that the item was purchased from our online store by providing the purchaser's name. A minimum 10% restocking fee always applies and only store credit is available. We do however allow 14 days rather than 7 for the notification.

Returns should be shipped in their original or similar box for protection. They can be sent by first class mail with delivery confirmation or any other delivery service to:
