| Amireh Parstabar, the founder and creator of Rapz, first began designing jewelry for herself as a hobby while she was studying fashion design at Otis parsons School in Los Angeles. The line is inspired by color and seasonal fashion trends. "The most exciting part of designing for me is figuring our how to pull off mixing different colors together and coming up with a fresh new color story," says Amireh. Rapz is a handcrafted jewelry line made mostly of semi-precious stones. The metals used are sterling silver and gold-filled.
